PoPPitG is for a child moving into a forward-facing harness seat, not for a baby or rear-facing use. Start the harness stage only after the child has passed 15 months, at 76-105 cm and, conservatively, under 18 kg. That mode needs both ISOFIX and a compatible top-tether anchor; the vehicle belt alone cannot install it. From 100-150 cm, the seat changes to a high-back booster and restrains the child with the vehicle’s three-point belt. The internal harness stores in the shell, avoiding a separate loose set of parts during the changeover. This two-stage route suits families who want to keep the same high-back shell, but each mode has a different installation. Check the vehicle fitting list and redo the setup from the exact PoPPitG instructions at the transition.
