Graco RoomFor2 JP belongs on the shortlist when the second rider is an older sibling who can sit or stand calmly, not a second baby who needs a full stroller seat all day. The useful part is the rear bench and standing area: it keeps the stroller narrower than a side-by-side double while giving a tired preschooler a place to ride on nursery runs, station approaches, or short errands.
The tradeoff is behavioral fit. The rear position asks more from the older child than a harnessed seat, and two small children who both nap, recline, or need full restraint will be better served by a true double. Before buying, check that the older child can follow riding rules and that the folded size works at home.
