RideCrew ISOFIX AB is a booster-only choice for children 100-150 cm tall, starting with the 5 kg high-back configuration. The backrest must stay attached below 135 cm. From 135-150 cm, it may become a 2.9 kg backless cushion, which is easier to move between cars, although Aprica recommends retaining the high back for added protection and the backless mode loses the side-shield benefit. In both configurations, the child is restrained by a suitable three-point retracting vehicle belt; ISOFIX secures the seat but does not replace that belt. Installation may use ISOFIX or the permitted belt-only method, depending on the vehicle position. Check the AB fitting guidance, belt routing and head-support height before buying. The two cup holders retract when they are not needed.
