The Radio Flyer Convertible Stroll ’N Wagon offers push or pull steering for up to two seated riders, plus a side that opens into a bench when stopped. Its one-hand fold and canopy that rolls up for storage make packing away simpler, but the approximately 14.2 kg wagon still needs lifting into the car. It suits seated outings rather than sleep: the manual expressly rules out sleep or lying down, carriage/bassinet use, jogging/running, wet-weather and nighttime use.

The model 3970 manual permits no more than two riders, requires the 5-point harness, and says to apply the brake when loading or unloading and lock the wagon open before use. The wagon-wide load ceiling is 54.4 kg; the bag is limited to 2.25 kg, which is not an extra allowance above the wagon ceiling. No individual child maximum is stated, so dividing the total into two equal allowances would be an assumption. Radio Flyer labels it for ages 1+ and the manual warning says 12 months or older, while its cover says “over 1 year”; the exact 12-month boundary is worded inconsistently.

Radio Flyer lists the body as approximately 83.8 × 48.3 × 27.9 cm (33 × 19 × 11 in), or 129.5 cm long including the push handle (51 in), and the seat height as 38.1 cm (15 in). These are the maker’s body measurements; they do not establish the full assembled height or folded footprint. The published carton size is packaging, and no folded wagon dimensions were found in the reviewed manufacturer sources. That leaves a real storage uncertainty for a small car boot or cupboard.
