KRIDDO Riding Buddy

Pros / Cons

Pros

  • At 3.1 kg, it is manageable for a toddler to steer and for a parent to carry home.
  • The integrated footrest gives confident riders a clear place to put their feet while gliding.

Cons

  • No saddle-height range is published, so the stated 2-5 year range is not enough to confirm fit without a foot-reach check.

KRIDDO Riding Buddy is a light first balance bike for a child who is more likely to practise with a playful companion attached. At 3.1 kg, it is manageable for early steering and less punishing when a parent carries it home. The 30.5 cm puncture-free wheels remove inflation chores, limited steering helps reduce abrupt handlebar turns, and the built-in footrest gives a progressing rider somewhere to place both feet while gliding. Those conveniences do not settle fit. KRIDDO gives a broad 2-5 year range but does not publish a saddle-height range for this version, so age alone is not enough. Puncture-free wheels also cushion rough paths less than air tyres. Before buying, adjust the saddle and confirm the child can sit comfortably with both feet planted flat.
