ALPINA Pico belongs on the shortlist when you want a vented bike-style shape for repeated rides rather than a more closed skate shell. The parent value is that the stated bug mesh and ventilation support park, school, and cycle-path use. The tradeoff is that it is not the most enclosing option for rough scooter or BMX play. Before riding, do more than pick the right listing: measure head circumference, set the front edge level just above the eyebrows, adjust the Y straps below the ears, and check that the helmet does not move during a shoulder check or head shake.
