Strider 12 Pro makes the most sense when a family wants a light, durable first balance bike rather than the cheapest way to test interest. The aluminum frame keeps lifting and carrying easy, and the tool-free seat adjustment is useful when the same bike moves between early toddler practice and stronger preschool riding. The flat-free foam tires also remove puncture maintenance for nursery runs, parks, and pavement. The tradeoff is price and ride feel: foam tires are convenient, but they do not cushion rough ground like air tires. Measure inseam against the saddle range before assuming the full age window will fit.
