Hauck Duett 2
Long-running tandem that still makes sense on flexibility and price, not on being the newest sibling pushchair

Pros / Cons
Pros
- Convertible upper seat and removable lower seat give it more sibling-stage flexibility than many simpler budget doubles.
- Tandem layout is easier to fit through tighter spaces than many side-by-side sibling pushchairs.
Cons
- Older, more utilitarian design gives up refinement, easier steering, and premium feel compared with newer modular doubles.
- Weight and tandem length still make it less tidy than a normal single pushchair in daily storage and lifting.

Hauck Duett 2 is one of the more practical ways to solve the baby-and-toddler problem without jumping straight to a much larger premium sibling pushchair. The upper seat converting from carrycot to reversible seat, plus the removable lower seat, gives it more real family flexibility than a simpler side-by-side double that only does one job well.
The tradeoff is that this is still a more utilitarian tandem than the smoother, more premium modular doubles higher up the market. But if the goal is a credible sibling setup with sensible everyday packaging rather than the plushest feel, Duett 2 is easy to defend.
