The FX-CTL900 combines push and pull control in a two-child wagon. Its English manual says it is suitable for up to two children who are at least one year old and able to sit independently and safely. The manual’s operating instructions set a 75 kg maximum load for the trolley; read that as the total load carried in the wagon, including children and other items. The rear bag has a separate 5 kg maximum. The manual gives no separate child-only or per-child weight limit. It also restricts use to level, firm ground and warns against slopes.
