Bobike Go Maxi RS

Pros / Cons
Pros
- The 20-degree recline gives a sleeping toddler a real head-rest position, not just a softer backrest.
- Same tool-free, grow-with-the-child rack platform as the rest of the Go Maxi family.
Cons
- Costs a clear premium over the fixed-backrest Go Maxi CFS for the recline alone.
- Excluded from rear-suspension bikes and from asymmetric or elastic-band racks.

The Bobike Go Maxi RS is a rack-mounted rear seat for a child around 9 months to 6 years, up to 22 kg and 110 cm. Its backrest reclines to 20 degrees while the child remains seated, with tool-free adjustment—useful on longer rides when a child needs a different resting angle. The tradeoff is strict rack compatibility: Bobike requires a rack 120–175 mm wide, 10–16 mm tubes and at least 27 kg rated capacity under ISO 11243; rear suspension, asymmetric racks and elastic or clamp-style fittings are excluded. Check the bike and child limits first. The RS is the reclining Go Maxi; it cannot be converted into another Go Maxi mounting system.
