Urban Iki Junior

Pros / Cons
Pros
- Click & Go rack mounting clicks on and off with one hand, and the integrated anti-theft lock stays with the seat.
- The seat is sized for older kids: defined footrests and a proper belt suit five-to-ten-year-olds instead of toddlers.
Cons
- Without a compatible rear rack there is no mounting option.
- The roughly five-to-ten-year age window limits how long the seat stays useful compared with a longer-span seat.

The Urban Iki Junior is the rack-mounted step that keeps a five-to-ten-year-old riding with you once they have outgrown a toddler seat but are not ready for traffic alone. It mounts on your rear rack with the Click & Go frame, so the seat clicks off in seconds for storage, and the integrated anti-theft lock with two keys covers short stops. The tradeoffs are structural: your rack must measure 120-175 mm wide, and the Junior carries one child at a time. Before use, check your bicycle manual or ask its manufacturer whether the bicycle is suitable for the heavier load. Check the rack’s width before ordering, and plan for your child to move to their own bike within a couple of years.
