The manufacturer specifies 25.4 lb (11.5 kg) assembled and a 28.9 in (73.4 cm) × 13 in (33 cm) × 23.2 in (58.9 cm) fold with seats attached. Its integrated seats have no infant-car-seat adapters, so it offers no newborn travel-system path.

The linked S3101-ND manual limits each child to under 33.1 lb (15 kg) and no more than 40 in (101.6 cm) tall, with 4.4 lb (2 kg) in each basket.
