Maxi-Cosi Oxford Cabin deserves a shortlist place when airport and public-transport use must coexist with ordinary newborn-to-toddler days. The 17.4 lb (7.9 kg) chassis folds to 54 × 44.5 × 9.8 in (25 cm) and has an integrated carry strap, while a lie-flat seat, all-wheel suspension and 11 lb (5 kg) basket make it more capable than a minimal umbrella stroller. Treat “cabin” and IATA positioning as guidance, not permission: every airline controls its own limit. Compare the folded measurements before departure. The stroller seat covers newborn use, but attaching an infant carrier requires separately sold Oxford Cabin adapters. It is compact, though still noticeable to carry repeatedly on stairs.
