Joovy Qool is easiest to justify for growing families who want one stroller platform that can stretch from single to double use without jumping straight into the widest sibling setup on day one. It makes the most sense when flexibility over time matters more than keeping the initial package especially light.

The obvious compromise is size and modular complexity. That flexibility is useful, but it only pays off if you genuinely expect to use the extra configurations.
