The blue XJD X-Small is the 18.1-20.1 in (46-51 cm) version, with an ABS outer shell, EPS liner and rear adjustment dial. Fourteen vents include insect mesh at the front, and the padding comes out for washing. Choose this exact size after measuring; the smaller XXS and larger S are different sizes, not additional adjustment of the same shell.

XJD’s toddler-helmet page states compliance with the CPSC bicycle-helmet standard with extended head coverage. A product-specific test report has not been independently checked here.
