The CYBEX Solution B3 i-Fix suits a child between 100 and 150 cm who has moved beyond an internal harness and can stay upright for the whole journey. Its high back and 12-position headrest help keep side support and the shoulder belt aligned as the child grows. ISOFIX anchors stabilise the booster in compatible cars, but the vehicle’s three-point belt still restrains the child; ISOFIX does not correct poor belt routing or slouching. Before buying, check the CYBEX vehicle list and make sure the lap belt sits low across the hips, the shoulder belt crosses the centre of the shoulder, and knees bend naturally at the seat edge. Keep using a harnessed seat if the child is below 100 cm or cannot maintain that position when asleep.
