HUTBB19RD is the red first-stage Hurtle with four six-inch EVA wheels and illuminated handlebar ends. Its fixed seat is 24.1 cm/9.5 in high. Those measurements help judge whether the child can sit and push comfortably; the broad 18–36 month recommendation cannot make that decision alone.

Pyle specifies a 24.9 kg/55 lb limit and two AAA batteries for the lights, supplied separately. Keep the battery compartment secured and treat the lights as entertainment rather than permission to ride in darkness. Practise on indoor floors or smooth level pavement with an adult watching.
