Hold is a front carrier for caregivers who value a quick wrap-around fit: it slips on like a jacket and stays adjusted between uses. This Sand Grey Brushed Woven version has an integrated shade and pocket. It fits 3.2 kg-13.5 kg/7.1-29.8 lb and 53-87 cm/20.9-34.3 in. Start inward-facing; use outward-facing only once your baby can hold their head upright unaided, usually around five months. There is no back carry. Under 4.5 kg/9.9 lb, use the leg straps to keep openings snug. Keep the baby upright, face visible, chin lifted and airway clear. Use the shade only facing in; keep the nose and mouth visible and never use it facing out because of strangulation risk. The manual includes nursing precautions, but NHS guidance says not to breast- or bottle-feed in a carrier: take the baby out first. After feeding, refit the carrier and check that the face and airway are clear. See the Baby Carrier Hold manual before use.
