The SEREED Baby Balance Bike is a first scooting toy with a low curved frame and four enclosed wheels. It gives a young toddler support while they learn to push and steer, but it does not convert into a two-wheel gliding bike. The fixed saddle also makes actual foot reach more useful than buying ahead for growth.

The B401PRO instructions specify 12–24 months and a maximum load of 25 kg. There is no brake, so keep play on flat ground, away from steps, slopes, traffic and water. An adult must assemble the spring-button connections, check they are secure before use and supervise with the protective equipment specified in the manual.
