Cricket 2 is a low four-wheel first bike for a child starting to scoot. Its covered front mast and moulded handlebar centre distinguish it from the original Cricket. Non-marking wheels suit a smooth indoor play area, while the fixed saddle sits about 21.6 cm/8.5 in above the ground. Neither the seat nor the handlebar grows with the child.

Retrospec specifies ages 12–24 months and a 20 kg/44.1 lb maximum, but seated foot contact and control matter more than age alone. An adult must fully engage the front assembly and secure its retaining bolt before use. Stay with the child, use protective equipment and choose smooth ground away from traffic, bike paths, hills, steps and water. Four wheels provide support without removing the need for supervision.
