Infantino Carry On is practical for short errands when a dummy, phone and a few soft baby essentials need to stay within reach. Six pockets are built into the straps, front panel and waist belt, while the seat changes between narrow and expanded settings. Keep pocket contents below 0.9 kg in total and avoid anything that presses against your baby.

The manual covers babies from 3.6 to 18.2 kg. Facing inward uses the narrow seat through 6.8 kg and the expanded seat for larger babies. Facing out requires steady head control and the narrow seat; back carrying requires independent sitting, the expanded seat and another adult to help load the child. In every position, keep the face clear and chin off the chest. The pockets do not replace careful carrier fitting.
