Thule Yepp 2 Mini Front Mount

Pros / Cons
Pros
- The front position keeps a younger passenger in sight and Thule gives clear 9 month to 3 year, 15 kg fit guidance.
Cons
- It is easy to outgrow and can crowd the rider, so stem fit, steering sweep, cables, and knee clearance are the pre-buy checks.

Thule Yepp 2 Mini Front Mount makes sense when the parent job is keeping a younger child visible on short, calm rides. Thule positions the Mini for children from about 9 months to 3 years, up to 15 kg, with a 5-point harness and adjustable footrests. That makes it a better fit for nursery-distance riding than for stretching the seat into the preschool years.
The tradeoff is cockpit space. A front seat can interfere with knees, cables, handlebar sweep, and the adult riding position, so do not buy it just because the child is within the weight limit. Check the stem/mount area, test your steering clearance, and choose a rear seat if the adult bike feels cramped.
