BORDEAG is an open saddle with a separate child handlebar and footrests, mounted ahead of the adult. There is no harness, backrest or enclosing shell. That makes it a different proposition from a toddler bike seat: the child must actively sit, hold on and follow instructions, with no support for a sleeping passenger.

The reviewed offer excludes e-bikes, road bikes and frames with cables on the mounting surface. Our research did not establish a verified child weight limit or clamp-size range, so we cannot confirm fit from the broad bike-type description alone. Steering, rider knees and foot clearance also matter. Choose a documented, enclosing seat if your child still needs restraint or back support; do not treat this open saddle as an equivalent substitute.
