Osprey Poco LT Soft Carrier

Pros / Cons

Pros

  • At 0.7 kg, the LT gives parents a lighter soft-carrier option for walks; its fold-away headrest and stowable sunshade offer useful adjustments outdoors.
  • Three carry positions cover different stages when each position’s manual limits are met.

Cons

  • The overall 3.2-15 kg range does not set position readiness: the manual has separate age, weight and height limits, plus head/body control for outward carry. Use only for walking, not sport.

The Osprey Poco LT Soft Carrier is a 0.67 kg soft carrier for walks, with inward-facing, outward-facing and back-carry positions. Match each position to its own limits in the manual: inward newborn, 3.2–4.5 kg and at least 50 cm; inward baby, 4.5–15 kg and at least 58 cm; outward, about 5–16 months, 6.8–11 kg and at least 63 cm, only after your baby has sufficient head and body control and can hold their head upright; back carry, about 12–36 months, 9–15 kg and at least 66 cm. Check the seat width, leg openings and every buckle for the chosen position. Keep the face visible, chin off the chest and airway clear; remove your baby before feeding. The manual limits use to walking, not sport.
