Thule Chariot Cab 2 is the two-seat option to shortlist when cabin height and cargo space solve a real family transport problem. Its independently reclining seats, adjustable suspension, supplied strolling wheels and XXL cargo space cover cycling and walking with two children and their gear. That room is also the tradeoff: measure doors, storage and car-boot space and expect a more substantial carrier to lift and manoeuvre. Check the current manual for passenger fit, harness and helmet requirements and confirm the contents of the exact offer. Jogging and skiing are separate conversions rather than permissions supplied by the standard package.
The standard seat is for walking from 6 months and cycling from 1 year. Each child can weigh no more than 22 kg, measure no more than 111 cm and be no older than 4 years; stop at the first limit reached. The instructions also cap children plus luggage at 42 kg in total, so 22 kg per child does not permit 44 kg of passengers.
