Maxi-Cosi Emerald 360 S i-Size makes the most sense if you want one rotating seat to cover a very wide span and care more about everyday loading convenience than about buying separate seats for each stage. The 360-degree rotation and long usage range create a very clear promise of one main family seat that stays useful for years.

Like most large 40-150 cm seats, the tradeoff is bulk and the usual compromise of asking one shell to cover many years at once. It makes the most sense as a fixed install in the main car, not as a seat you keep moving between vehicles. If you really want one larger, more convenient long-span base, it has a clear role. If you prefer more specialised stage-by-stage solutions, it is less convincing.
