Thule Yepp 2 Mini Front Bicycle Child Seat

Pros / Cons
Pros
- Yepp 2 Mini keeps a young child in sight and gives them a defined handlebar-like hold for short city rides.
Cons
- It is a short stage seat: once your child nears 15 kg or blocks the cockpit, move to a rear seat rather than forcing the fit.

Thule Yepp 2 Mini is for the early front-seat window, not for the whole child-bike-seat journey. It is strongest when you want your child in sight for short town rides and they still fit comfortably below the 15 kg and 93 cm limits. The five-point harness and front handhold make it feel more contained than open MTB-style seats.
The cockpit check matters as much as the child limit. Confirm the mounting point, steering clearance, cable routes, your knees, and whether you can still dismount safely. If your child is close to 3 years old or the bike already feels cramped, a rear seat will last longer.
