The Scoot and Ride XXS-S is the strongest candidate in this group for very small heads: 45-51 cm, magnetic closure, rear dial, LED light and EN 1078 support all point to first scooter, balance-bike or bike use. It suits children where an easy closure helps daily use. The downside is the short runway. If the head is already moving toward 51 cm, compare S-M as well so the helmet is not tight after one season.
