Echo Lite is best understood as a simple, low-cost stroller for short trips and lighter city use, not as a disguised premium compact. Chicco’s own case for it is straightforward: full recline from birth, adjustable leg rest, umbrella fold, 7.6 kg weight, and a 22 kg approval. That makes it more useful than the flimsiest umbrella strollers when naps, younger babies, and longer use really matter.
Its limits are the usual umbrella-stroller ones: less storage, less suspension depth, and less everyday ease than stronger compact strollers. If you want one stroller to feel calm on rough pavements or to handle heavier day-to-day use, this is not the right brief. But as a straightforward second stroller from a known brand, it has a sensible role.
