Volare Disney Frozen Kids Bicycle Helmet is the blue Frozen SKU 1028 for a measured 52-56 cm head. A rear dial adjusts within that range, while vents and the stated 200 g weight make it a practical option for children who are more willing to wear character graphics. The fixed range is the main boundary: skip it when the child measures outside 52-56 cm, and do not use age alone to choose. Volare states TÜV/GS approval for this exact product. Its linked declaration names a separate model reference, so check the standard label on the helmet that arrives rather than assuming more specific certification details. Set it level over the forehead, adjust the chin strap, and reject a fit that shifts when the child looks down.
