Consider the Lionelo Explorer if your child’s head measures within its stated 50-56 cm range. The rear dial and straps refine the fit, but they cannot make the wrong shell size safe. Measure above the eyebrows and try the helmet level on the head; it should stay in place when the child shakes their head. Check the CE/EN 1078 marking on the delivered helmet, since regional product names and colour variants can differ. For children up to about seven, Swedish road-safety group NTF recommends a toddler helmet with a green release buckle to reduce entrapment risk during play.
