URBAN is a compact city stroller with a fixed forward-facing seat, a five-point harness and a 22 kg child limit. Three recline positions, an adjustable handle and suspension on all four EVA wheels give it a practical everyday role for a seated child. Our recommendation starts once the child sits independently and holds their head steadily. That is our narrower use boundary, not a manufacturer-stated minimum age. Although advertised from birth, the available Urban instructions cannot be confidently matched to this two-position-footrest version, so newborn use is not recommended here.
