Chillafish Charlie

Pros / Cons
Pros
- The 28-37 cm saddle range gives smaller riders a low starting position.
- A 2.5 kg bike and integrated carry handle make tired-child returns easier.
Cons
- Limited saddle height and solid 25.4 cm tyres make this a short-distance starter, not a rough-path or long-term preschool bike.

Chillafish Charlie makes sense for short, stop-start rides where a parent often carries the bike home. The complete bike weighs 2.5 kg, with a carry handle built into the frame. Its saddle adjusts from 28-37 cm; the child must sit with both feet flat and knees slightly bent, rather than merely meeting the suggested 18–48-month age range.
The 25.4 cm EVA tyres cannot puncture, but provide less cushioning than air tyres. Keep riding to smooth, dry, level paved surfaces, away from traffic and water, with protective equipment and adult supervision. The manual caps the load at 35 kg and excludes children over four: that weight allowance does not extend the age or saddle-fit limits.
