Lionelo Billy i-Size
Forward harness 76-105 cm/20 kg; belt booster 100-150 cm.

Pros / Cons
Pros
- At 7 kg with no rotating base, Billy is easier to move than many all-stage seats while still spanning harness and high-back-booster stages.
- The ten-position headrest adjusts with the harness, and the reducer helps smaller children fit the wide seat during the 76-105 cm stage.
Cons
- Billy is forward-facing only and starts at 76 cm plus 15 months, so it cannot extend rear-facing travel after the infant carrier.
- Harness mode requires ISOFIX and Top Tether; from 100 cm the restraint changes to the vehicle belt, with ISOFIX optional.

Lionelo Billy i-Size is a forward-facing follow-on seat, not the next choice for families wanting to keep a toddler rear-facing. The five-point-harness stage runs from 76-105 cm, only after 15 months, and ends at 20 kg. It installs with both ISOFIX and Top Tether. The reducer and linked ten-position headrest/harness adjustment help fit the smaller end of that range.
From 100-150 cm, store the internal harness and Top Tether, then route the vehicle lap-and-shoulder belt through the seat guides; ISOFIX is optional in this booster stage. The 100-105 cm overlap is a choice of approved restraint mode, not a reason to use both systems together. At 7 kg Billy is relatively manageable between compatible cars, but each move still means rechecking the anchors, belt path and headrest. The manual warns that vehicle fit may narrow above 135 cm.
