Lionelo Bastiaan One i-Size
Rear-facing 40-105 cm; forward-facing harness 76-105 cm; booster 100-150 cm.

Pros / Cons
Pros
- The rotating shell eases loading while retaining rear-facing use through 105 cm.
Cons
- Installation changes by stage; mixing up Top Tether, internal-harness, and vehicle-belt configurations is a meaningful misuse risk.

Bastiaan One i-Size is a rotating R129 seat for families prepared to change the setup as their child grows. In the 40-105 cm rear-facing stage, the manual specifies ISOFIX plus Top Tether and the seat’s five-point harness, with an 18 kg maximum. The shell can turn towards the door for loading, but it must be locked in the prescribed travel position before driving.
The forward-facing harness stage starts at 76 cm and must not be used before 15 months; rear-facing remains the stronger default while the child still fits. At 100-150 cm, stow the internal harness and use the vehicle’s three-point belt, with ISOFIX optional according to the manual. This is therefore not one unchanged installation from birth to booster age. Before buying, confirm an approved vehicle seating position, accessible Top Tether anchor, rear-facing clearance, and a clean shoulder- and lap-belt route in booster mode.
