Chicco Quizy i-Size is most useful when a 100-150 cm high-back booster will move between cars. The One-Step release makes its ISOFIX stabilisers quicker to disconnect, while belt-only approval keeps a second car without ISOFIX in scope. In either setup, the vehicle’s three-point belt restrains the child; ISOFIX does not replace correct shoulder- and lap-belt routing. Two recline positions may help the backrest meet the vehicle seat, but they cannot guarantee a good fit in every cabin. Before buying, test shoulder-belt retraction, the belt position across shoulder and pelvis, clearance around the vehicle headrest, and whether carrying a 5 kg booster is practical for the moves you expect.
