Chicco Quasar Fix i-Size
Backless R129/04 booster for 125-150 cm.

Pros / Cons
Pros
- Optional ISOFIX connectors stabilise the occupied or empty booster more securely than the standard non-Fix Quasar.
- The separate belt clip helps route the vehicle shoulder belt across the shoulder and chest.
Cons
- ISOFIX does not replace the three-point belt; it must still run correctly across the hips, shoulder and chest.
- With no back or side wings, a high-back booster is the stronger choice while belt fit, head support or sleeping posture remains doubtful.

Chicco Quasar Fix i-Size is a backless booster for 125-150 cm, not a first move out of a high-back seat. Unlike the standard Quasar, this version adds optional ISOFIX connectors to stabilise the booster. They do not restrain the child. The vehicle three-point belt must pass through the lap guides, sit low across the upper thighs, and cross the shoulder and chest with help from the supplied belt clip.
Choose it when the child stays upright and the vehicle provides suitable head support; a high-back booster remains stronger when belt fit or sleeping posture is uncertain. Check the vehicle handbook, ISOFIX access, buckle reach and belt retraction in the actual position. Secure it when empty, replace it after a serious collision, and follow the current R129/04 125 cm label rather than older 126 cm marketplace wording.
