ABUS Smiley 3.0

Pros

  • Deep temple and neck coverage, a full adjustment ring and ponytail opening help achieve a stable child fit.

Cons

  • The rear light is only optional on this standard version; riding at dusk needs separate visibility measures.

Shortlist the ABUS Smiley 3.0 when a young rider needs a low-sitting bike helmet with ponytail-compatible rear adjustment and the listed size variant matches their measured head. The product details point to an in-mould shell, reflectors, ventilation, and size guidance by head circumference. The tradeoff is that this is the non-LED Smiley 3.0, so visibility may need separate clothing or bike lights. Before use, measure, fit it level, check strap tension, and verify any standard marking on the product page or delivered helmet.
