ALPINA Ximo 2 makes most sense for a young child who often rides in a rear child seat or trailer. Its flat, deep rear is designed with that seated position in mind, while the adjustable fit, fly-net vents and reflective logo cover useful everyday details. The same helmet can also suit balance-bike practice and a first bicycle. The rear shape may help against a backrest, but it cannot guarantee a comfortable fit in every seat or trailer.

Choose by the child’s measured head and the size actually offered, rather than by the strawberry print or age alone. The Ximo 2 comes in several sizes, so check the actual size option you select. Check the package size, then confirm the helmet sits snugly and level with the straps correctly placed. The LED is optional, so verify whether it is included if a light matters.
