BIKESTAR Classic 25.4 cm is for the child who is ready for a real two-wheel learner but still needs a smaller, lower bike than many preschool models. The 25.4 cm wheels keep the format toddler-focused, while air tyres, a hand brake, and a steel frame make it feel closer to a small bicycle than to a plastic first ride-on.
