The Umatoll B402 gives a young toddler a supported first pushing stage, with four wheels and a basket that comes off. It is a different choice from a two-wheel balance bike: the extra wheel support changes the balance task, so choose it for early seated movement rather than two-wheel coasting practice.

The original B402 instructions specify 12–24 months and a 25 kg maximum. The saddle slides forwards and backwards through three positions; those settings do not establish a height range. Check foot contact and handlebar reach with the child seated. There is no brake. Keep use to flat ground under direct adult supervision, away from traffic, steps and water.
