The Polisport Groovy Maxi FF is a rear frame-mounted seat, not a rack-mounted model. Its linked user manual says to carry only children who can sit unaided for at least the whole journey; the child must also sit upright with their head held upright while wearing a bicycle helmet. Do not use it below 9 months, and consult a doctor if growth is in doubt. The manufacturer recommends ages 9 months to 6 years but makes weight and height decisive: no more than 22 kg or 110 cm. Check 26–28 inch wheels, the 28–40 mm round or oval frame tube, 105 mm available length and a uniform round section over at least 80 mm before fitting.
