Choose the rack-mounted Amiga for everyday journeys with an upright passenger when your bike already has a suitable load-rated carrier. Its sprung adapter softens road vibration, but it is not a reclining seat for naps. The child must be at least 9 months, sit unaided for the whole ride and remain within 22 kg; adjustable shoulder positions and footrests help maintain the fit as they grow.

The rack-version instructions show separate front hooks and a locking pin: a click alone is not the whole securing procedure. The additional strap attaches to the frame or seatpost. Keep the adapter clamps clear of the battery and frame, and fasten both foot straps. A second adapter makes sharing the seat practical, provided both bikes meet the rack requirements.
