Cons

Balios S Lux makes sense for daily walks when you want a reversible seat, a roomy basket and suspension at both the front wheels and rear frame. The important Canadian distinction is the seat’s starting age: it is for children from 6 months, up to 55 lb. The near-flat recline does not make the included seat suitable for a newborn.
A separate newborn setup
For use before 6 months, add a compatible CYBEX infant car seat or cot. The selected Almond Beige stroller offer states that these are sold separately. Budget for that configuration rather than treating the stroller price as a complete birth-to-toddler package. Once your child reaches the seat’s permitted stage, it can face you or face forward, and the one-pull harness simplifies adjustment.
Walking comfort versus carrying
The suspension, adjustable handlebar and large basket are useful for errands and longer neighbourhood walks. They come in a full-size frame weighing 25.8 lb, not a lightweight travel stroller. CYBEX gives a folded size of 17.3 × 23.8 × 30.3 inches; measure the car’s storage opening as well as the space inside. A self-standing fold helps at home, but does not remove the lifting effort on stairs.
Before choosing it
Choose the Balios for its walking setup if that is the job you need to improve. If daily stair carrying or a small folded package matters more, compare a lighter stroller. For a newborn purchase, confirm the compatible cot or infant seat and the complete accessory list before ordering. The Canadian CYBEX product information separates the seat’s 6-month starting age from the optional newborn configurations.
