The Small Hanstre is a vented helmet with a gradient shell, rear adjustment dial and padded chin area. Its stated head range is 48-54 cm/18.9-21.3 in. A separate Medium size is also sold, so the broad 3–14-year description does not describe this one shell. Measure the child’s head and check that the Small sits level without sliding when they look around.

The 11 vents and soft lining are useful construction details, but they do not prove coolness, comfort or a particular protection standard.
