Ergobaby Omni Breeze is a ventilated buckle carrier for inward newborn carrying and later outward, hip and back use. Inward carry starts only when baby is at least 3.2 kg and 50.8 cm, up to 20.4 kg. Outward carry begins around five months with strong, consistent head and neck control. The international manual gives 6.4 to about 13.6 kg; the Japanese manual uses the slightly lower 13 kg maximum and also ends this mode at 24 months. Japanese instructions also stop inward, hip and back use before 48 months and exclude children at or above 20.4 kg. Never use outward carry for sleep. Hip and back carry run from around six months and 7.8 kg to 20.4 kg. SoftFlex mesh, adjustable seat width and lumbar support suit longer warm walks, but settings change as the child grows. Keep the face visible, mouth and nose clear, and chin off the chest. Move a sleeping baby to a crib, cradle or bassinet.
