BERG MOOV 10 is the smallest clearly documented candidate in this group. BERG lists use from around age two, an 85 to 110 cm user-height range, 2.7 kg weight, adjustable saddle and handlebar, and 10-inch EVA tires. That makes it especially interesting when a normal 12-inch balance bike still looks too big or your child needs a very manageable bike. The tradeoff is the smaller 10-inch format: bigger preschoolers will get more room from a 12-inch model. MOOV 10 is an early-fit pick, not the longest-runway option.
