ALPINA Ximo is worth shortlisting for a child who overheats in closed skate-style helmets and mostly rides bikes, balance bikes, or scooters on ordinary routes. Its case is the vented, bike-first shell: useful for nursery runs, practice laps, and longer summer rides where comfort decides whether the helmet stays on. ALPINA publishes an EN 1078:2012+A1 conformity declaration for a variant of the Ximo A9711 model family. Also confirm the exact size variant, level brow position, and strap tolerance before choosing it over a more protective-feeling multisport shell.
