Adelle gets noticed because the swivel-seat idea adds a bit more flexibility than many low-cost compact strollers offer. That feature alone does not turn it into a high-ranking all-rounder, but it does make it more interesting than generic budget buggies that offer almost nothing beyond a low price.

It still belongs in the lower part of the wider stroller list because the overall package is not as convincing as stronger mid-range options. But for families who want a cheap stroller with one genuinely useful extra, Adelle is not an unreasonable addition.
