Cybex Balios S mostly makes sense as a cheaper premium buy for families who still want a more complete bassinet-based stroller than many simpler alternatives. It is easiest to justify if you want the Balios type of setup for less money and can accept that this generation feels older than Cybex’s strongest current options.

That older generation is also the main limitation. With a clear discount it can still be sensible, but without a price advantage newer models are easier to defend.
